Traditional monogram has the first initial of the last name in the middle, eg. Jane Anne Doe would be JDA. The middle letter will be taller if you choose a three-letter monogram. Both letters will be the same size if you choose a two-letter monogram.

We try the best we can to pick out a thread color that is best suited to the bag fabric or depending on thread availability. It might match the colors in the fabric exactly or a shade or two darker so the embroidery will show up better.
